Functional Description
1. Power ON and OFF
2. Temperature adjustment
1) Manual programming: When in the ON state, press the “UP” or “Down” button to increase or decrease the temperature by 0.5°C step. The display indicates the desired temperature;
2) Automatic programming: You may automatically program the device by grouping days as you like, with up to 4 blocks of time for each day, using our Edison IoT app.
3. View current room temperature
It displays the setting temperature on the LED screen in default. To view current room temperature, just press the “power” button to view it.
4. Child Lock function
To prevent temperature changes on the device, press the “power” button and “down” button together to lock it, the lock icon displays on the LED screen.
To unlock the device again, press the “power” button and “down” button together to unlock it. The lock icon will disappear on the display.
5. Anti-lock system to the valve
To make sure the valve works properly in a long period of time when in use, the device will carry out the anti-lock function to open and close the valve automatically at 23:05 every Friday.
6. Anti-freezing function
For some reason, the actual room temperature is below 5°C, the device will carry out anti-freezing function, anti-freezing icon will display on the LED screen.
7. Window check
When the Open window mode is enabled on Edison IoT app, the system will automatically stop heating when it detects a sudden drop of room temperature. The open window icon will be displaying on the LED screen. Commonly it caused by some reasons, like a window or door is opened without switching off the device.
